Schenck Process FPM appoints Head of Performance Materials Industry, EMEA

Marc Shaw brings extensive materials industry experience to key new role

Peterborough, UK, June 24th 2023 – Schenck Process Food and Performance Materials (FPM), the market leader for integrated process technology solutions, has appointed Marc Shaw as Head of Performance Materials Industries, covering EMEA.

The new role has been created to better serve customers across the chemicals, plastics, and pharmaceutical industries through the combined strengths of Schenck Process FPM brands – Kemutec and Baker Perkins.

Marc Shaw, who has over twenty years’ experience in sales and is educated to degree and post-graduate level in engineering, will lead a team delivering the group’s end-to-end offering, which combines industrial extrusion and processing technologies to improve efficiency at every stage of industries production processes; from the handling of raw materials to the creation of finished products.

Marc has previously held several director-level positions, including previously leading the Chemical and Plastics business for Schenck Process FPM.

The new role covers the UK and Ireland, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Marc’s team will partner with customers in sectors including paint and coatings, batteries, bioplastics, and catalysts.
